OHV Recreation Patroller—Kemmerer District

Serve as public-facing stewards of responsible off-highway vehicle (OHV) use on the BTNF. This is a non-enforcement position focused on education, outreach, data collection, and light trail maintenance. Patrollers work closely with USFS staff while remaining employees of Friends of the Bridger-Teton and help supplement Forest Service capacity during peak summer OHV use.

OHV Recreation Patroller—Greys River District

This is a non-enforcement position focused on education, outreach, data collection, and light trail maintenance. Patrollers work closely with USFS staff while remaining employees of Friends of the Bridger-Teton and help supplement Forest Service capacity during peak summer OHV use.

Forest Corps Crew Member

Work collaboratively as part of a team of four to address projects across the BTNF. Substantial field work includes, but is not limited to, wilderness/backcountry trail maintenance and clearing, front country developed and dispersed recreation infrastructure maintenance, and habitat restoration work.

River Steward—Snake River Canyon

This is a highly public-facing, outdoor position focused on visitor education, site presence, and day-to-day stewardship of river access sites. River Stewards serve as an important link between visitors, Forest Service staff, and the broader river community.
